Insurance Claims St. Charles MO

Insurance Claims St. Louis, St. Charles, St. Peters

Our MCG team is highly trained in identifying storm damage. We will make sure that we identify enough storm damage to validate filing a claim. If our project managers thinks there isn’t enough damage to file a claim, they will be able to write you an estimate on site for the repairs. Our qualified MCG representatives will walk you through every step of the process in dealing with your insurance company. The representative will meet with the adjuster and in most cases get upgrades approved by your insurance company for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

The first step before filing a claim, is to have one of our MCG inspectors inspect the property for storm damage. (There is absolutely NO CHARGE for one of our inspectors to come out.) Our MCG team is extremely qualified, knowledgeable, and has an eye for attention to detail, which is what sets us apart from other roofing contractors.

When one of our MCG representatives arrives on site, we will first introduce ourselves and let you know that we will be walking around the exterior to look for storm damage on gutters, window wraps and screens, siding, and HVAC units. After the additional walk around inspection, we will move onto the roof portion of the inspection. Please note that every insurance company has different criteria that they follow to approve storm damage. Our educated MCG team knows the criteria of what each insurance company requires.

Once the inspection is completed, the MCG representative will evaluate the inspection and let the homeowner know if there is enough sufficient storm damage to file or claim or not.

MCG’s Message regarding COVID- 19 – CONTACT FREE INSPECTIONS
As your local roofing contractor, we’ve been closely monitoring the evolving COVID – 19 events across our community. We believe nothing is more important than your health and safety and the health and safety of our MCG team and crew members.
MCG has implemented The Exposure Presentation Plan, the EPP Plan includes eliminating face to face contact with our customers, this means our customers will not meet our inspectors at the time of inspection as we normally would. This is called a CONTACT FREE INSPECTION. An inspector will come do the inspection of the property and follow up with our customers after by phone or email communications. Our inspectors can also schedule a virtual Zoom meeting with customers to go over details of the project, if customer prefer. All communications will be done under the EPP Plan going forward until we get the okay to proceed operating as normal by the recommendation of governor authorities and the safety guidelines by the CDC.
Our EPP plan is about taking action and that is what MCG is doing at this time. For our customers, we’ve adjusted the services we provide for the safety of our team/crew members and customers. For our team/crew members, we’ve provided them with the tools and materials they need to do their jobs while following the safety guild lines recommended from the CDC.
Regarding builds, we are obeying the requirement for everyone to maintain social distance from each other. We are recommending that all customers say inside while we are doing a repair or replacement for their own safety. We will be screening our crew members on a daily basis before going to the job site.
We will continue to monitor recent developments and continue to follow all requires recommendations.
Stay healthy and safe!
