1. Contact Your Insurance Agent: Obtain the number for the INSURANCE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT from your insurance agent.
2. Call Claims Department: Inform the claims department that an experienced roof contractor, Midwest Construction Group, has inspected your roof for storm damage. They will issue a claim number, which you should note down.
3. Coordinate with the Adjuster: When the adjuster contacts you within 24–48 hours, ask for their name and cell phone number. Inform your MCG representative and ensure they are present during the adjuster's visit.
